Would love to get a dominating win and not have to worry about this one! Will it happen? Only time will tell LOL!

This is a team we should beat pretty handily, but you never know.

Looks like another first to 85 wins kind of game. Don't think either team will be able to slow the other down.
Holden is playing like the conference player of the year in Horizon League play early on: 21.2 PPG | 70% FG | 6.8 RPG | 5.2 APG

We are 5.5point favorite right now.

Will, every game will look like a "first to 85 wins" kind of game (except a few will take 95). Though I will never like it, we all need to get used to it, because that is who we are this year. Call it our anti-Donlan season.

I seem to remember Underhill's philosophy on defense. As long as you scored at least 1 more point than your opponent, your defense was just fine.

Defense can allow your offense to win the game.

Solid start. I'd like to see us play clean and smart and not squander the lead.

That was an amazing first half, best of the year imo. Would like to see some starters resting the last 10-12 mins to rest up for Fridays big game.

There must be a good reason the starters are playing so many minutes. But I sure can't think of one.

Perhaps because every time we go beyond our 7th player (after Drey and Andrew), the other team goes on a run? Or more correctly, the other team continues to score at the same rate, but our scoring rate drops precipitously, so the net effect is they go on a run.
Of course, nobody can ever expect any team to continue to score at the rate we did the first 8-10 minutes tonight. That was most impressive! Let's hope we can continue that against YSU on Friday.
