Really closed the rebounding difference. At one point we were down by 22 rebounds, now only 7.

I disagree with him being brilliant. His shots are ill-advised and often rushed. Agree should have been in Trey's hands. You'd think they know this by now. You sure? I didn't like the turnovers and I think he rushes. But you're right he was stellar in OT. Good call, good call 😆

Why wasn't Noel playing? I loved the effort by woods and carter. Woods has thet dawg in him!

The hatred for Alex Huibregtse is unreal. The first negative post on this thread came right around the same time(I think shortly after) the CSU announcers were praising Alex, saying, "If Wright State wins this game, it will be because of Alex Huibregtse." That was before he even got to 20 points and WSU was still trailing. Sure, he makes some extremely poor passes, but everyone on this team has made some boneheaded mistakes. Alex has been a great shooter and he always hustles his butt off, but he's shown growth this season, especially the past few games where he's been playing with more confidence. I'd think if there was a team award for Most Improved Player, Alex would have to get it this season.

He needs to keep asserting himself and not defer to Trey and Tanner just because of seniority. The freshman need to all keep playing. Great win for the team and congrats on gutting out a sweep of CSU

Lots of crow being served on this board tonight! I will admit I was about to throw in the towel when we had cut it close, then got back down by like 11. Our power was out, so was trying to conserve my phone battery, so stopped listening for a few minutes. Decided to turn it back on and discovered it was back to about 5, so hung around to hear the rest. Awesome team effort, and can't wait to watch the replay on ESPN+.

The team showed a lot of will and determination tonight. We need to give credit where credit is due. They did not quit!

It seems when they are hyped we perform better. Keep it rolling

Schedule the rest of the way lines up well for a 1st round bye and home game in 2nd round of HL tourney. Four remaining games against RMU, UDM and IUPUI, with home games against OU, NKU, PFW, amd YSU. The win tonight makes 12-14 league wins realistic.

Absolutely agree, but fool me once, shame on you, etc.... I've been fooled in both directions by this team all season long. It would not surprise me at all if they get hot and finish near the top of the standings. It also would not shock me if they crap the bed in one of those 4 games against RMU, UDM, and IUPUI, or get thumped by YSU and Oakland. If we can consistently play the way we played in overtime and the last 10 minutes of regulation, we'll be fine. But it seems for every half where we play that way, we throw in another half like the first half tonight where we had zero offensive rebounds and gave up 48 points. This team is so Jekyll and Hyde we just don't know which team will show up in any given game or half. Let's hope tonight's comeback is a "turning the corner" event.

Man that was not pretty by any means...but teams have to learn how to win ugly and that is something we have not done this year. We have only one when we have been on our game. Our night is not going to be everyday and we have to find ways to win! I'm not going to lie after the dunk party which accrued right before halftime I thought it was over! Boy was I wrong! This teams toughness has been questioned many times this season and they responded there. Carry that momentum into IUPUI take care of business and I think we will have a good showing for the YSU game! I know as a fan I needed that game so I am sure the players feel the same way!

One poster, who didn't even watch the entire game, was the only person showing intense negativity towards Alex. The young man is human. Sometimes he does things that I wished he hadn't done, but most of the time he's a solid team player. The reason I've been a ticket holder since before the Nutter Center was built is I so enjoy watching the growth these men make during their time here. Alex is certainly a much better player today than when he arrived. To the negative poster, do you remember what it was like to watch Trey during his first year here? Don't think many of us who were watching then dreamed that he would become the wonderful player that he is today.
