They are already in the bonus with 13 minutes to go. Thank god they suck at FTs.

These refs suck. Lots of bad calls both ways. Let them play.

UALR cuts the lead to 6. WSU come down the court and Will turn's it over.

Great total effort in the first half. We need to keep it up in the second half.

Thanks everyone for the recruiting updates. It's very encouraging reading about the talent coming in next year.
stick03, are you "stickman" who used to give updates on recruits on RRB a few years back?

John David is really starting to look like the star we were expecting to see transfer from UNCW. Not only did he lead the team in scoring, he shut down Toledo's top player. We are going to be pretty tough when Vaughn comes back.

Some of our fans need to step back from the ledge. The season isn't over yet. The team is improving and Vaughn will be back in January. We probably aren't going to win the conference. It doesn't mean we cannot have a decent season and even make a run in the HL tournament.

So far, it doesn’t mean muchBy Marc Katz Saturday, December 6, 2008 MILWAUKEE, Wis. — So I’m sitting here in my hotel while awaiting an early-morning flight home, watching Oklahoma pummeling Missouri. I’m feeling a little sorry for Texas, which beat Oklahoma on Oct. 11, but is allegedly out of the national championship game because Oklahoma hasn’t lost since, while Texas lost to Texas Tech on Nov. 1. How does this bring to mind the Wright State basketball team? Well, even though the Raiders are 0-6 following their two-fer in Wisconsin (losses at Green Bay and Milwaukee), it won’t mean much in March. Well, it will mean a little. Don’t expect the Raiders to earn an at-large bid to the NCAA. They’ll have to win the Horizon League tournament to get in. Okay, sitting on 0-6, you’re laughing at that, but with three months to go in the season, there is plenty of time to turn things around. I’ll leave that to coach Brad Brownell and his staff. Don’t expect the turnaround to come much before the end of this month, but in January, things will get better. Todd Brown will start hitting the shots he made a year ago. John David Gardner and N’Gai Evans will continue to improve. Cory Cooperwood will become more consistent. That’s the thing about college basketball. What happens early in the season doesn’t matter much. What happens at the end is the big deal. That doesn’t mean the Raiders will turn it around. But if they do, the 0-6 start won’t mean much. www.daytondailynews.com/o/content/shared-gen/blogs/dayton/wrightstatesports/
