Wright State beat Western Carolina 5-3 on day one of the Keith LeClair Classic at ECU.
The Raiders take on ECU on Saturday and Utah on Sunday.

Raiders won their first game at Keith LeClair Classic at East Carolina beating Western Carolina 5-3.
Up next for the Raiders is a 4:30 game Saturday vs. #14 East Carolina and then a Sunday tilt vs a P-5 Program (Utah).

FWIW, the Raiders began the day ranked #13 in RPI.
Tomorrow's game will be live streamed on ECU's video network (not sure if there's a subscription $) and on ECU's radio network.

WSU may have caught a very fortuitous break this weekend. Weather suspended the Utah/ECU game this evening in the 6th inning tied at 4-4. Utah will play their regularly scheduled Sat. game vs. WCU at 11 AM and THEN resume their suspended game vs ECU 45 minutes later. Remember, that game is tied 4-4 going into the 7th. 45 minutes after the conclusion of that game the Raiders play ECU. Then Sunday the Raiders play Utah....

Raiders beat ECU 12-4. Our overall all record is now 4-3. 3-3 vs. Top-20 teams all on the road. And not just top-20 teams, traditional powerhouse programs. Pretty damn impressive.
It's a quick turnaround as we play Utah tomorrow morning at 10.
