Where is the defense tonight? Can’t we get in front of someone with the ball.

What are we doing? Looks like the teams swapped uniforms from yesterday. Good Lord this is bad. That’s my theory. That, and no one in black has ever played against a full court defense.

Raiders came out like they have a 39-point lead to start the game and can just go through the motions and win. Grizzlies came out with energy seeking revenge.

40-37 WSU at the half. Wright State found their rhythm on the run to end the half and the energy Oakland started with was gone. Hopefully the momentum will carry over to the 2nd half.

Really good ball movement should be tiring Oakland guys. I’d imagine we keep pulling away early into the half.

We played defense the final 6 minutes. Plus some 3 point shots fell through finally. Oakland was trapping any time we went to the sideline. The technical called on the Grizzlies is because of their coaches attitude on the sideline.

The announcers (of course 🙄) kept commenting on the teams’ energy at the start of the game. The momentum and the enthusiasm from the bench were big factors. This is where the crowd energy would typically become a huge factor. In a normal season, that lead could explode even more with adrenaline levels and confidence. With that factor taken away all season, it becomes a talent and coaching matchup, which means a comeback like this is less remarkable.

49-40 early in the second half! Considering how badly the game started I'm thrilled right now.
Hopefully WSU holds on and brings intensity every night to avoid a big hole like this.

Kampe is having one of his "Mental Health" episodes during this timeout. I'm surprised he hasn't died from an aneurysm already.

9 point lead is gone. Arguably their best player fouled out, but he we are, down 1 with Oakland going to line. We didn't go for the jugular up 9, now it'd gonna be a dog fight.
