We haven’t had the best luck in high school gyms this year and it seems like they’re expecting a full house…general admission tickets only?? From what it sounds like, all tickets are GA in the Klotsche. They played 13 games this season at the much larger UWM Panther Arena and 4 at the Klotsche Center this season (they won all 4). Certainly makes you wonder...do they want a packed 3k seat arena, or a quarter full 13,000 seat arena. There's something to be said about packing out a small gym (Oakland and YSU have done well with this), while schools like NKU, Cleveland State, and WSU continue to play in 10,000 seat arenas with it a quarter to a third sold. It looks better in a small gym, it sounds louder, and it certainly impacts visiting teams more. I don't know what the factors considered were, I don't see a conflict at Panther Arena, but the first time we played them (and beat them) was in a largely empty UWM Panther Arena and not the Klotsche. |

If we lose this game, that's another loss on Finke. Two horrible shots from the guy that couldn't hit his entire career here. Plus some horrible defense in the first 4 minutes.

Well, coach talked about the emotion Milwaukee would have to overcome to start the game. I think that played the exact opposite as he expected.
