Monday(4/13/23) is the first day of a 60 day window where HL basketball players can enter the transfer portal. The portal officially starts after the conclusion of all the conference tournaments. This is the place to start tracking the comings and going’s in the HL.

I think as we get away from the Covid extra year Nagy will have more clarity. Still the guys have their one transfer year without sitting out so it will be interesting. It's got to just add uncertainty for guys like Nagy. I'm not sure Malachi Smith helped his NBA/pro stock by going from Chatanooga to Gonzaga and Holden isn't even playing for Ohio State. He may be able to in a wise way use some of those cautionary tales for his better players considering transferring. But it goes both ways, hopefully they'll get some good transfers coming here. The days of building a class who plays 3-4 years together and has an awesome senior year together are sadly mostly over.
