This loss sums it up the year pretty well. Hell it sums up the entire program. Good atmosphere, great fans, constant let down and choking. We need a stud pg next year. Even with some great freshmen without a pg we are toast. And to top it off it is all in this shit league. The positive, at least this wasn't the hl finals. Nku still has that over their heads. Hopefully ysu can win it all. YSU lost tonight bud. Not gonna happen. Insult to injury, this thing was wide open for us had we won. |

Sick of the radio crew kissing Scott’s ass for coming out and doing “tough” interviews after losses. That’s part of his job. Well Nagy said it "best" earlier this year when he said it's not his team in a DDN article. |

Let's go! I'm good with Oakland winning. They should win this league is complete trash and they might have the best shot for an upset. I’d be better with WSU winning. Zero excuses this year. Nagy needs to be given an ultimatum. Donlon lost his job for a reason and Nagy should be held to the same standard. |

It's not that they lost its how. Up 17-2. Up 28-14. Up 35-21. Up the with NKU on the line, anybody with the ability to count knows they have to try to miss the second and they cant get the rebound. You get that rebound and you have a great chance to win the league. Microcosm of the season. Additionally, coaching malpractice to not move Calvin off Warrick once Tre had 3 fouls. I could MAYBE understand IF Calvin was locking him up...but Warrick had 39 Saturday and 35 tonight. We had the roster to win this league, we led the league in attendance again, its not hard to get kids into school, best facilities in the league, NIL money to keep Tre and bring back Tanner...what other advantages did Nagy not piss away? He's safe though because the standard at WSU is don't lose the championship game. Can't lose in the finals if you don't make it.

I really hope I'm wrong but I don't see how next year is going to be any better. The freshmen look great, but history shows us Nagy hardly plays freshmen. It's also asking way too much out of newly d1 players to carry this team on their back. Not sure what can save this program but it looks bleak imo. Another 4/5 place finish in one of the worst conferences in the country. We keep getting older and this team keeps their mid status. |

He's all they had. This program is fine with the standard because we can't afford a buyout or a better option. This team is seriously just like the steelers and passing away talent. |
