Indeed, but there are still a few games still to be announced. I am hoping that we end up with at least 1 or 2 schools from major conferences,or even 7th-10th conferences, even if they are likely to be in the bottom half of their conference.

11/13 @ Georgetown 11/16 @ DePaul 12/2 @ Morehead State 12/21 UMKC 1/2 Oakland 1/25 @ YSU 2/6 YSU 2/16 @ Oakland TBA: Eastern Illinois Bowling Green @ Miami (OH) @ North Carolina A&T @ VMI @ Evansville (either this year or in '14/15) It really sucks that we start the year with the 2 biggest names on our schedule. Hopkins is a difference maker for this team and he isn't eligible until after fall semester. We really should have tried harder to get into a holiday tournament when he would have been available.

I'd rather play G'town in the NCAA Tournament where they're pretty much guaranteed to be upset but it's an interesting matchup.

Too much fretting about the schedule. Let's kick ass in the Horizon League and make the NCAA Tournament. That's all I care about. (Well, upsetting Georgetown would be nice. Ha.) Some of us don't just want to get to the NCAAs. We want to win some games once we get there. The best chance you have at doing that is getting a good seed. We need to play a better OOC schedule and win more of those games if that is ever going to happen. We were just a few minutes away from winning the HL tournament last year and getting into the Dance. We would have been a 15 or 16 seed with our weak SOS and record last year. I for one want more than that.

I hope the schedule is close to being released. I think the schedule is done and we are just waiting on the signed contracts before we release it.

I like the idea of playing Findlay. I still remember the time they cleaned our clock at the old PE Bldg.

What date does Hopkins become eligible? He is eligible after final exams of fall semester which are the week of 12/9. I think he can start playing at the end of that week but I am not sure about the date.

Sixth & big game, that is a very interesting list. Let me give you another interesting list. 285 15 205 182 280 275 256 206 301 90
Those are last years rpis for our current schedule. If you look up skanky in the dictionary there would a picture of our schedule. It amazes me that this crappy schedule has elicited so little reaction from the folks buying the tickets.
