So that will be our last game of the season before the tournament starts. Can't really complain, I mean ending at home sure is nice...but it's not like we're going to have to face UDM or Valpo, in their house, on the last day of the season for potential seeding implications.

Most of us aren't happy, but a large part of the scheduling problem goes back to the schedule from last year which required a second game this year. There are still some unknowns about this year's schedule, which I hope will strengthen it a bit. Adding DePaul and Georgetown helps, though DePaul not so much. If the remaining unknown games turn out to be good mid-majors I will be happy with the schedule given what was carried over from last year. I'm also happy with the players we'll have on board, but I'm hoping the 3 4-year seniors are healed and ready to go. If they are, it could be WSU's best year.

@goodmanespn The CBE tournament has become a complete mess. Now it needs two teams, after Canisius -- per source -- won't sign on. @goodmanespn CBE was trying to find 2 more teams to go to Buffalo as part of sub-regional. Had Wright State, but needs 2 more. Will be tough at this date

Looks like some big names in the tournament as a whole, but I imagine any teams they find at this point in time for our regional aren't going to do much for our RPI. No wonder it's taking so long.

This is the type of thing that happens, when a MTE is a classic, and the semi-finals are pre determined. Hopefully they stop doing this and let teams earn their way to the finals, then they might get more and better teams.

I agree. If a team earns the right to go to the semis, I'd be happy to see them regardless of their "name" or reputation.
