Looks like we will be playing UIC after they slide past YSU 67-61.
Green Bay all over Oakland in what is beginning to look like a bit of a blowout.

I expect a great game from NKU/GB. Hopefully a grueling overtime game to tire out the winner!
Monday at 7 PM for our guys. I expect WSU to be focused & win big on Monday.

There is a free bus to Indy for students. Glad to see this happening. Could make a big impact to our team to see the road support continue.

UIC traditionally gives us fits. They have big athletic guards and their bigs give Lou a fit inside. UICs senior class is one of the higher rated recruiting classes in the HL. They have never put it together to become a great team but they are talented. We won’t beat them Monday unless we bring our A game. I obviously think we win Monday but I don’t think it’s going to be a walk in the park to get there.

I think that our guards are going to have to score in order to win by double figures on Monday. Jaylon (1-for-11) and Cole (4-for-18) have struggled against UIC this season, and they both shot poorly in the game at Farmers Coliseum. Bill, on the other hand, couldn't miss in the game @ IUPUI and shot well in the home game against UIC. If these 3 can make some shots early in the game, it should give the team a lot of confidence. If the 3 struggle shooting again, I think the Raiders will still win, but it might be a nail biter.

Not saying it’ll be a walk in the park, but we should be favored by about 6. It’s a game we should certainly win. |

UIC probably has the most athletic roster in the HL. Based on their athleticism, they should be the #1 team in the HL. But BB is a team game, and I'll take Nagy as a coach over hunchback Mclain all day long. If our guys play together as a team and stay focused, we should win this game. UIC is the one team I've feared from the start. As BigD said, they have given us fits. Our guys just need to grind it out and figure out a way to win.
I think GB takes care of NKU, and then in the HL Championship game our guys win in a romp over GB.
