What a comeback! This team was so hot and cold all season but got hot at the right time.
So happy for Coach, Tanner, Grant, Tim, Manns and Calvin! They endured a heart breaker last year and more than made up for it by making history this year.

It was so great to see heart, grit, and complete confidence in the 2nd half of this game. You could feel they wanted to play "big" in a game that was on a big stage. Congratulations to everyone involved!

I was watching in a sports bar in Ft. Myers and right after I finished my cheese fries. Wright State won the game. Early in the season I didn't see this happening
My vitory cigar tasted extra good after this win.

Turning point to that run was a great adjustment by Nagy putting Tanner on the short dude and Trey on NKUs only talented player. Trey really rose to the occasion and was phenomenal guarding him. Tanners size just over powered the short dude and certainly caused him to throw up that horrible last second shot.

I think you could argue the HL Tournament win against Butler in 07 in front of over 10,500 fans when Deshaun went for 27 might top this simply because it was a home game. We trailed that game 10-0 out of the gate. I was a student then and got to rush the court, so maybe my opinion is biased. Just my .02 Agreed, this was my favorite game because of the intensity of feelings between the 2 teams. This was a great comeback but its a little recency bias to claim it as greatest. |

Now the next big question is where will we be seeded in the NCAAs. Our NET is crap and we had some really bad loses this year that are going to hurt us. We are most likely a 16 seed or could even be in the play in game for the 16 seed. I don't know if they would put us in the play in game since it will be held in our own back yard at UD arena.
Personally, I kind of hope we get put in the play in game. We will have an advantage with the local crowd and a chance to pick up our first NCAA tournament win which would also give us 2 NCAA tournament shares for the next 6 years.
